Our Story

"In 2007, A series of events took place in my life and I found myself experiencing encounters with God. Those encounters changed me. Once you have a real encounter with God you simply want more. I got some friends together, and we began to seek the Lord. We just wanted His presence. It was in a particular moment, I felt the Lord speak to me. He said, “the underground church in China is under life-threatening persecution, yet they seek My face. Surely, you being in a free country can do better than this.” It was a powerful moment for me personally. I began to see that I needed to prioritize the presence of God in my life.

Over a decade of time, and process, we feel God is inviting us to invite others to go on this journey with us.

The Underground is all about encountering God’s tangible love, expressed through Jesus, experienced through the Holy Spirit. We are not writing our story, we are living His. Welcome to the Underground."
